Access to the website
Access to the website www.tribudenuit.com is free and open to any user with an Internet connection. Users remain responsible for their equipment, their connection and any associated costs.

Image rights
Every participant in an event agrees to be photographed or filmed by the organisation for communication purposes (website, social networks, printed materials), without financial compensation.
Personal data and cookies
This website uses no tracking, audience-measurement or advertising cookies.
Newsletter and alerts: if you enter your email address in the “Newsletter” form, or in “Notify me” / “Waiting list” on an event page, that address is stored with the date, the page language and, where relevant, the event concerned. It is used only to write to you about TRIBU DE NUIT events and news; it is never sold or passed on. Legal basis: your consent (tick box), which you can withdraw at any time. The address is kept until you ask to unsubscribe or to have it deleted.
Form “Submit an event”: the information you enter (name, email address if given, event details and poster) is stored with the date and the language of the page. It is used only to review your submission and, if accepted, to publish the event on the site; it is never sold or passed on, and only the TRIBU DE NUIT team can see your contact details. Legal basis: your consent (tick box), which you can withdraw at any time. Submissions and their posters are deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier on request; the event published on the site stays online for as long as the team decides.
Audience measurement: traffic is measured without cookies and without any stored identifier. Each page view sends an anonymous request; only daily totals (page views, estimated visitors, pages viewed, referring site, screen type, language) are recorded, along with, for each event, the number of people who clicked “Tickets”, the WhatsApp invitation or “Add to my calendar” (without ever knowing who they are), for 13 months at most. The site does not keep your IP address. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, your visit is not counted.
Preferences and favourites: the display theme, your “My events” list and your passport (the events you said you attended) are stored only in your browser (local storage), for your convenience. This information is not sent to the site and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings. If you share your list with a friend, the link only contains the identifiers of the events you chose. When the site is installed as an app, the pages you have visited are also kept on your device so they stay readable without a network.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@tribu-de-nuit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Governing law
These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Changes and duration
The association reserves the right to modify these legal notices and general conditions at any time; you are advised to check this page regularly. They are valid for an indefinite period from the first use of the website.
